 Ahmed Tag Eldeen holds a degree in Marketing from London Business School, UK Regents Park, he also holds a Certificate in Management Studies from Oxford Brookes University –UK and a BA degree in arts from Ain Shams University in Egypt
Ahmed moves to DUBAILAND™ from Emirates Airline where his last assignment was Manager Business Development and Marketing for the Global E-Commerce Network managing online sales from 43 Online Markets. Ahmed was in charge of the online sales strategy, Business Development and Marketing of the Emirates.com world-wide channel in addition to developing an online CRM Portal targeted at Small and Medium Businesses
Ahmed has started his Career with Emirates in July 2001 when he joined their Operation as Sales Manager Bahrain responsible for the Sales and Marketing of the Emirates Products and services in one of the most dynamic GCC Markets
Prior to joining Emirates in 2001 Ahmed has spent 12 Years of his Career with British Airways in various posts in Dubai and in the UK in Customer Services, Product Development and Marketing and lastly as Regional Marketing Services Manager for Middle East and North Africa when he was tasked with promoting the British Airways products and services to the Middle East Customers working together with a network of the Airline Senior Managers to manage the Marketing mix for their Sales Territories
Prior to starting his extensive Airline Career, Ahmed first job after graduation was as a Tour Leader for inbound Tourism where he has gained his expertise in the Leisure and Tourism sector, he also worked in other areas such as tours reservations and planning which gave him a first hand experience on how to manage the Customer experience and turn into a pleasant journey with potential of repeat visitors |
