On the 10th September 2008 DUBAILAND ® organised an Iftar gathering for their employees, at the exclusive Ritz Carlton Dubai.

The event which was Freej DUBAILAND ™ themed, included viewings from the favourite Freej cartoon series, giveaways to colleagues through a draw and most importantly a commitment to support the local charity Dubai Center for Special Needs as communicated to the center’s representative who attended the event. The Team’s strong commitment for investing to the community was demonstrated during the evening as the company donated 100AED per colleague attending the Iftar event.

Colleagues were also presented with a box of assorted dates, keeping in line with the Ramadan spirit. Freej themed chocolates were also shared and presented to the guests upon departure. The event was extremely well received by the employees who enjoyed a relaxed evening watching the sun set by the beach tent. The event presented them an excellent opportunity to flavor traditional delicacies and get exposure to the rich traditions of Ramadan – especially since a lot of expatriates have arrived recently to the Middle East from other countries.
